How do I care for my jewellery?
Each piece is crafted with care, and with a little love, it will stay beautiful for years to come. Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, and avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
Is your jewellery nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. All of our jewellery is made with nickel-free, hypoallergenic materials that are gentle on sensitive skin.
Can I wear it in the shower, pool, or while sleeping?
To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, or sleeping.
What materials do you use?

Orders, Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 Business Days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Please email us at honeyandwildflowerco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Do you offer refunds or store credit?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund or store credit according to your preference and our return policy which you can view here.
